Export into Africa. Voltage operating conditions can withstand, without any danger, an exceptional overexcitation causing the flux to increase up to 1.4 times the normal flux for a duration of up to 10 seconds. The transformer shall be capable of operating continuously at no load and on any tap with the HV equal to 178kV.
